ASP Recruit is partnered with a technology company operating within the hospitality sector who are searching for a Marketing Manager in Austin, Texas.
Role
This role will be dedicated to the US Market and will report to the CMO and Country Sales Manager. This is a role where you’ll conceptualize and execute a wide array of initiatives, from regular blog posts and industry-specific articles and features to creating conversations across social media and regularly putting your messages into email form to send to our database of leads. This company are growing in the US and they want to find someone passionate about our software who can help us to accelerate our growth and also to grow with us.
Responsibilities
-Work as part of a global team representing the US. You will be the face of the company in the US market
-Target, identify, and prospect potential strategic leads
-Define the strategy, content, and focus of the US campaign programs
-Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to assess the performance and impact of partnerships. Regularly analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
-Run surveys to develop customer personas globally with a view of the US market
-Build, host, and present thought leadership webinars based on a thorough understanding of the
product suite
-Deliver creative input into our 8 global campaigns per year and take ownership of one of them
-Analyze campaign results to identify actionable opportunities and improve performance
-Create content for different media: writing articles, webinars, white papers, case studies, customer
testimonials
-Work with digital team to help improve the SEO of the US website (keywords, backlinks, ideas)
About you
-Experience in marketing and communication
-Experience developing and actioning a network of influencers in the US
-Native US English speaker, fluent in US English (both written and verbal)
-In-depth knowledge of the property management software industry, including trends, key players, and emerging technologies
-High energy, driven, and passionate about networking, and building relationships with influencers,
customers, and third parties
-Comfortable and engaging when presenting, being the face of this company in the US market
-Strong leadership to ensure execution tasks are delivered on time and willing to step in when required
-Strong team player who seeks and values constructive feedback to continuously improve
-Experience with email marketing, email campaign management, and copywriting
-Experience/Understanding of SEM/PPC, SEO, display, retargeting, affiliates, CRM, and Social Media
-Analytical and with a data-driven mindset
-Experience in developing strategic partnerships within the technology, property management, or
related industries
-Easy communication style internally and a desire to share as campaign progression with the team
